How long is the current pricing good for?
The per-square-foot pricing shown here is our current published promotional pricing. It changes with material costs, so the safest move is to book the free measurement now — once we hand you a written estimate, that price is locked for the job regardless of what happens to the promotion afterwards.
What exactly does "we beat any estimate" mean?
Show us a written estimate from another Florida-licensed contractor covering the same scope and materials on the same property. We will beat that number. It has to be a real written estimate for a comparable scope — we cannot price against a verbal figure or a quote that leaves out permits, tear-off or disposal.
Can I combine the promotion with financing?
Yes. The promotional pricing and the $0 down financing are separate things — one is what the roof costs, the other is how you pay for it. Most homeowners who use financing are paying the same promotional price as everyone else, just spread over 10, 20 or 30 years.
Is there a catch with permits being included?
No. Permit fees vary by municipality and by job size, and plenty of contractors quote a low number and then bill the permit separately at the end. We put it inside the quoted price so the number you sign is the number you pay.
Do the specials apply to repairs as well as replacements?
The per-square-foot pricing is for full replacements. Repairs are quoted individually because the work varies so much. The free inspection, the free written estimate and the price-beat guarantee apply either way.
