As state-certified contractors, we are committed to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Our top priority is making sure our clients are satisfied with the work we do — whether that is a small roof repair or a large-scale construction project.
We take pride in our workmanship and attention to detail. A home or a commercial property is one of the biggest investments most people ever make, and we treat every project as if it were our own. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, we work closely with our clients so that the result is the one they pictured.
The practical difference is structural. We do not employ commissioned salespeople, so nobody in the process gets paid more when your number goes up. You deal with an estimator who measures, photographs and writes a scope, and then with the crew who does the work. That is also why we can look at another licensed contractor’s written estimate for the same scope and beat it.

Licensing
Why the license number on the permit matters
Hiring a licensed contractor is not paperwork for its own sake. To hold a Florida state certification a contractor has to demonstrate competence in the trade, pass state examinations, and carry insurance. That insurance is what protects you if something goes wrong on your property.
A licensed contractor also has to pull permits, and permits mean a building official inspects the work. An unpermitted roof can fail an insurance claim, complicate a sale and leave you with no recourse if the installer disappears. Ask any contractor for their license number before they touch your property — including us.

Our work concentrates on impact windows and doors, metal and tile roofing, asphalt shingles, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Because we hold a certified building license as well as a roofing license, a single company can carry a project from the roof deck through to the finished bathroom without you coordinating four separate trades.
